Meet the Founder

Kara Heath is a recruiting tour-de-force. A leader in the creative and marketing recruiting industry, she launched Innov8 Talent out of a desire to improve the creative and marketing recruitment process.

She began her career in marketing and communications, before joining one of Houston’s top staffing agencies. There, she honed her recruiting skills, learning the ins and outs of creative staffing while building relationships with Houston’s biggest corporations and best-known agencies. From there, she headed to the West Coast where she served as the director for a staffing agency in San Francisco. These experiences served as the foundation for her to launch Innov8 Talent in 2018.

Through her years of experience, Kara has partnered with an impressive list of clients, from local to global brands, in all types of industries. She has formed lasting relationships and has become a go-to partner for their hiring needs. By creating a better recruiting process and building relationships, she has ultimately created a partnership that is mutually beneficial to both clients and candidates.
